Using GRS Advantage™

Upload Documents to GRS

To upload a document, please fill out the following fields, choose a file, and click the "Upload Document" button. You will be able to view the document on the Benefit Calculator page.

Last Name

Last four digits of SSN

Birth Date (mm/dd/yyyy)

Choose File

IMPORTANT: Only one document will be uploaded after pressing "Upload Document". Please complete this process for each document that you wish to upload.
